Privacy Policy

01 Scope

This Policy explains how ACE PICKL LLC, operator of BYONPB, collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information.

02 Account Information

At or around account creation, BYONPB collects name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Date of birth supports the adults-only eligibility rule. Email and phone may support verification, account security, service communications, and support.

03 Location Information

BYONPB currently uses the location provided by the user during registration or through the user's profile to determine the appropriate geographic area for location-based features, including player discovery and posting or broadcasting Challenges. This location is stored with the user's account and remains available until the user changes it, deletes the account, or it is removed in accordance with BYONPB's retention practices. BYONPB does not currently monitor live device GPS or maintain a history of precise device GPS movements.

04 User-Selected Match/Court Location

A user may intentionally select or enter a court/match location. That location may be stored with the Challenge/match and shared with relevant participants because it is needed to coordinate play. This is distinct from precise device GPS history.

05 Other Service Information

BYONPB may process the following, where applicable:

• Profile and skill/rating information; Challenges; selected partners; schedules; match history; scores; confirmations/disputes; rankings; chat; reports/support.
• Club memberships, roles, courts/bookings, programs and events.
• IP/device/app/log/crash/security/usage information.
• Future paid services may create subscription/transaction records.

BYONPB and its service providers may use software development kits and similar technologies within the app, and cookies or similar technologies on related BYONPB web pages, to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Service. Analytics and crash-reporting providers may collect limited device and usage information through the app to provide their services. BYONPB does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

06 How Information Is Used

Information may be used to create and secure accounts; enforce the 18+ rule; provide player discovery and location-relevant functionality; operate Challenges, chat, scores/rankings, Clubs and competitions; communicate service/safety/account information; improve and secure the Service; prevent fraud/abuse/ranking manipulation; enforce agreements; and comply with law.

07 Information Visible to Other Users

BYONPB does not display date of birth, email address, phone number, or precise device GPS coordinates to other players by default. Feature-relevant information may include name/nickname, skill/rating, relevant geographic area, Challenge details, selected match/court location, match/ranking information, and Club information. Other users may see an online or away indicator associated with your profile, showing your availability or activity status within BYONPB.

08 Disclosures

Information may be disclosed to:

• Other users as needed for product functionality.
• Club administrators for legitimate Club functions.
• Service providers supporting hosting, authentication, security, communications, mapping/location, crash reporting, payments, or other operational services.
• Authorities/others for lawful safety/security/legal purposes.
• Parties to a corporate transaction; or as directed/consented by the user.

Some authorized service providers, including personnel located outside the United States, such as in India, may access personal information when reasonably necessary for approved maintenance, troubleshooting, and support, subject to confidentiality and security obligations.

09 Retention and Account Deletion

ACE PICKL LLC retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, maintain ranking and scoring integrity, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and fraud, protect security, and comply with legal obligations. A user's registration or profile location is stored with the user's account and used for location-based features, including player discovery and posting or broadcasting Challenges. This location may be retained until the user changes it, deletes the account, or it is removed under BYONPB's applicable retention practices.

Users may request account deletion through available in-app controls or monitored contact methods. Following deletion, ACE PICKL LLC may retain limited records where legally permitted or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, disputes, ranking integrity, legal obligations, or backup integrity. ACE PICKL LLC may also retain historical matches, scores, rankings, and competition records in anonymized or de-identified form that no longer identifies the user, to preserve ranking and competition integrity. BYONPB does not currently collect or retain a history of live device GPS movements for geographic posting.

10 Security

ACE PICKL LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects personal information, ACE PICKL LLC will notify affected users and regulators as applicable law requires.

11 Adults Only

BYONPB is only for people age 18 and older. People under 18 may not create accounts or use the Service. If ACE PICKL LLC learns that a person under 18 has created an account, ACE PICKL LLC will suspend or terminate the account and delete the associated personal information, subject to lawful retention exceptions.

BYONPB is not directed to children under 13, and ACE PICKL LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If ACE PICKL LLC learns that it has collected personal information from a child under 13 without lawful authorization, it will promptly delete that information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact ACE PICKL LLC using the details in Section 14.

12 U.S. Privacy Rights

Depending on state residence and whether statutory thresholds/exemptions apply, users may have rights involving access, correction, deletion, portability, disclosure, or opt-outs. ACE PICKL LLC will honor applicable rights as required by law. Users may submit a request through the contact methods in Section 14, and ACE PICKL LLC will verify the request and respond as applicable law requires.

13 Canada / International Expansion

BYONPB currently offers the Service in the United States. If the Service becomes available in Canada or another country, ACE PICKL LLC will update this Policy or publish local privacy terms before launch in that market.

14 Changes and Contact

ACE PICKL LLC will provide notice of material changes through the app or by email before the changes take effect. Users may review and change their account information in the app settings or by contacting ACE PICKL LLC.
