Community & Safety Guidelines

01 Respectful Conduct

• No threats, harassment, stalking, intimidation, discrimination, sexual harassment, scams, or abusive conduct.
• No impersonation, fake accounts, privacy violations, unlawful activity, malicious content, or spam.
• Do not disclose another person's private information without permission.
• No content that involves or endangers minors.

02 Safe In-Person Play

• Use reasonable caution when meeting someone new, and consider public courts for a first match.
• Independently verify unfamiliar courts/locations, access, facility rules, and availability.
• A location appearing in BYONPB is not an ACE PICKL LLC/BYONPB endorsement or safety certification.

BYONPB is not an emergency service. If you are in danger or someone is hurt, call 911 or local emergency services.

03 Scams and Sensitive Information

• Be cautious of suspicious requests for money or sensitive information.
• Do not send another user passwords, one-time verification codes, banking credentials, gift cards, or cryptocurrency in response to any request received through BYONPB.
• Use available report/block tools for threatening, fraudulent, or inappropriate conduct.

04 Fair Play and Ranking Integrity

• Only submit scores for matches that occurred and submit them honestly.
• No fabricated matches, collusion, deliberate ranking manipulation, or exploitation of bugs.
• BYONPB may invalidate scores, correct rankings, restrict features, or take account action for abuse.

05 Challenge Conduct

• Only post times/locations you reasonably intend to use.
• If you select a Doubles/Mixed partner, obtain permission and coordinate participation.
• Communicate schedule changes reasonably and respect facility rules and other court users.

06 Clubs and Competitions

Private Clubs and third-party organizers may have their own rules, waivers, and safety requirements. Participants must comply with those requirements in addition to applicable BYONPB rules.

07 Moderation and Enforcement

BYONPB does not promise continuous monitoring of user communications. ACE PICKL LLC may review reports and may preserve/remove content, restrict features, invalidate scores, adjust rankings, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, security, enforcement, investigation, or legal compliance. Users may ask questions about an enforcement action or report a concern through in-app support tools or the contact listed in the Terms of Service.
