Subscription, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms
These terms govern paid BYONPB plans and features when offered. They apply together with the Terms of Service, including its dispute-resolution and liability provisions.

02 Free and Promotional Access
ACE PICKL LLC may offer free access, promotional access, trials, Founding Member programs, discounts, promotional pricing, or other benefits. The eligibility, duration, included features, and benefits of a specific promotion will be disclosed with that offer. No fixed promotional duration, date, or price is committed in this core document.
03 No Automatic Paid Conversion
Use of free/promotional access does not itself enroll a user in a paid subscription or authorize future charges. A user must affirmatively enroll in a paid plan before being charged. When a trial or promotional period ends, access to paid features may stop, and the user will not be charged unless the user affirmatively enrolled in a paid plan.
04 Future Plans
ACE PICKL LLC may offer Free, BYONPB Plus, Club, or other paid plans/features. Features, prices, and plan structures may evolve.
05 Purchase Disclosure and Enrollment
Before purchase, the applicable flow will conspicuously disclose the price, the billing frequency, the automatic-renewal terms if any, the introductory or trial terms if any, the price that applies after an introductory or trial period, and how to cancel. The user must take a separate affirmative action, such as checking a box or tapping a labeled purchase button, to consent to these terms before any charge.
06 Renewal and Billing
Auto-renewing plans, if offered, renew according to the terms shown at purchase until canceled. Purchases made through an app store or other billing provider may also be governed by that provider's billing rules. After purchase, ACE PICKL LLC or the applicable billing provider will deliver a confirmation the user can keep that states the plan, the price, the renewal terms, and how to cancel. For a plan with a term of one year or longer, and for a trial or promotional price that converts to a higher price, ACE PICKL LLC will send a reminder notice before the renewal or conversion as applicable law requires.
07 Cancellation
A user may cancel at any time. A user who enrolled online or in the app may cancel online or in the app without contacting support. For purchases made through an app store, cancellation may need to be completed in that store's subscription settings, and BYONPB will tell users where to cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not create a refund for the current period except where required by law or the applicable refund terms.
08 Refunds
Except where law or the applicable offer terms require otherwise, payments are not refunded for partial billing periods after cancellation. ACE PICKL LLC will refund verified duplicate charges and any charge made without the required affirmative enrollment. If a paid feature is unavailable for a substantial period because of a Service failure, ACE PICKL LLC may provide a refund, credit, or service extension. Purchases made through an app store follow that store's refund process, and BYONPB will direct users to it. Refund requests go to the contact identified in the Terms of Service. Nothing in this section limits nonwaivable consumer rights.

09 Price / Benefit Changes
ACE PICKL LLC may change future pricing, plan features, promotional benefits, and availability subject to applicable law, required notice, and any express offer terms. The terms accepted at purchase govern the applicable transaction/renewal subject to lawful changes. For an auto-renewing plan, ACE PICKL LLC will give notice of a price increase and obtain any legally required consent before the increase applies to a renewal.
10 Jurisdictional Review
These terms are written for offers to United States users. ACE PICKL LLC will complete jurisdiction-specific review before offering paid plans in Canada or another country.
