Treat all players, organizers, and club members with courtesy — on the court and in chats. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior of any kind is not tolerated and may result in account suspension.
Be honest about your skill level, submit accurate match scores, and confirm results truthfully. Manipulating ratings, sandbagging, or falsifying match outcomes undermines the community and the rating system.
Match, club, and group chats are for coordinating games and building community. Do not send spam, offensive content, unwanted advertising, or repeated unsolicited messages to other players.
Show up on time for matches, open play sessions, and club events you've confirmed. If you can't make it, cancel as early as possible so other players can adjust their plans.
Always play at public courts and facilities. Never share sensitive personal information with players you haven't met, and report any unsafe or suspicious behavior to our support team immediately.
If you experience or witness behavior that breaks these guidelines, report it through the app or contact us at support@byonpb.com. Repeated or serious violations may lead to warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
